Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)

We are now live with this service. If you wish to have your prescription delivered electronically to your chosen Pharmacist to avoid having to collect in surgery, please ask them for a nomination form. These are also available in reception. There will undoubtably be the usual teething problems so we ask that you please bear with us until the system is up and running.
