We always try to provide the best service possible but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened.
If you wish to raise a complaint you can ring and speak to the Practice Manager, Tina Henry on 01484 606161.
Most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily in this way but if we are not able to resolve the issue and you wish to make a formal complaint you should do so, in writing, at the earliest possible opportunity. Please address your complaint to the Practice Manager.
Please note – a “Complaints Information” leaflet and a “Complaints Procedure” leaflet outlining how your complaint will be dealt with are available from Reception at both surgeries.
