Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
If you have a life threatening emergency please dial 999.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
Kirklees Walk in Centre
You can also visit the Walk-in Centre at Dewsbury & District Hospital opposite the main entrance for fast and convenient NHS treatment. Here you can see an experienced nurse for advice, assessment and treatment for minor ailments and injuries such as cuts, bruises, minor infections, strains, sprains and skin complaints. It is open Monday – Friday 9 am – 10 pm.
